WE are Manager – Security (Code: MS)
The incumbent will spearhead the up gradation of Security Technology and installing electronic surveillance systems with Physical security in our Plant. He should be able to handle day to day supportive functioning of plant and time office management of Contract laborers. In addition to this, liaising with Government officials especially Police Department is an important trait of this position. The person should have right combination of aggressiveness & tact and familiarity with Modern security Management Systems and practices.
The ideal candidate will be a Commissioned Officer of the Armed Forces/Para Military /CISF with a minimum Industrial experience of 5 to 8 years. Age should not be more than 40 years as on May 01, 2008.
Compensation will depend on the calibre, Qualification of the candidate
AGM / Manager – Excise
The incumbent will be involved in tax planning (Indirect tax) , handle all Government audits, internal audits, legal process right from summon stage to court. He /She should ensure creation of compliance awareness among all concerned in the company. He/She should have good drafting skill for preparing replies, filing appeals, refunds etc and the drive to get rebate and refund in time
The ideal candidate should have a master degree or degree in law having 10-12 years experience in Indirect Taxation, exposure to all excise, customs, Sales tax, Service Tax -Foreign Trade Policy matters, specific knowledge on EOU operation and compliances required under Indirect Taxation.
Fire Officer

Requirement : Fire Officer - Cu smelter, Acid Plant, Refinery and Rod Plants
Qualification : B.E (Fire Engineering) as a basic qualification with 4-5 years experience in similar capacity. He will be responsible for:
• Maintenance of existing Fire systems installed
• Augmenting the Fire fighting facility whenever need arises
• Liaision with district Fire Officer and other related govt officials towards obtaining NOC / Fire License/ Renewals for the unit
• Review & monitor the annual maintenance contract for Fire equipments
• Maintenance of Fire tenders - 2 Nos
• Conduct mock drills at regular intervals
• Conduct periodical/refresher courses on Fire related topics

The incumbent will be responsible for maintenance of equipments like furnaces, EOT cranes, conveyors, heavy duty pumps/compressors/blowers/gearboxes, Bilers and its accessories, electrostatic precipitators, Air cooled condensors, hydraulics, scrubbers etc. Awareness on condition monitoring, reliability centered maintenance and knowledge of precentive maintenance of stationary vessels like tanks, boiler panels,duct supports,piping and related systems is essential. He/She should have sound knowledge in material of construction and ability to read specifications including IS, ASME standards and other International standards.
Electrical Engg
The incumbent will be reponsible for maintenance and troubleshooting of 6.6KV panels,LT MCC,HT and LT motors, EOT cranes, POwer and distribution transformers,230KV switchyard, Generators, AC and DC variable speed drives, PLC etc. Hands on experience in maintenance of variable speed drives based EOT cranes, rectifiers, UPS and electrostatic precipitators are essential. Knowledge in preventive maintenance techniques is an added advantage.
Instrumentation Engg
The incumbent will be responsible for configuration & troubleshooting of CS 3000 DCS, Siemens S7, AB flex logics PLC system, calibration & maintenance of weigh feeders, online pH and Gas analysers, smart field instruments and all types of control valves of reputed makes.
For all the above functions, engineering graduates with work experience in hot metal industry and acid plan ts and awreness towards TQM concepts, ISO, OSHAS, 5S and hands on experience on SAP will be given preference.
We require professionals with 7-12 years of experience and excellent academic records
